I think the meaning of this quotes is you must believe in yourself that you can do it. It's very hard to gain confidence in ourselves.
As for me, the hardest thing that I have to do in school is public speaking. Kekeke... I hate public speaking but once I gained the confidence, I enjoyed what I'm doing...
